All orders are shipped through accredited couriers to ensure timely delivery. Patients may choose between delivery options such as "Authority to Leave" or "Signature Required." If no one is available to receive the package when a signature is required, the courier will return it to their branch for collection.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by courier delays. Responsibility for the products passes to you once delivery is confirmed.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

Because compounded medications are customized for each patient, returns are generally not accepted. However, we may offer a replacement in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or compromised
The product loses stability (e.g., capsules discolored, creams separated)
The item was lost in transit, confirmed by the courier
An incorrect product was sent due to our error
A temperature-sensitive product arrives warm
